If someone knew about the pending R/S, why did he spend most of the time waiting for ask slaps at .0008-.001 instead of dumping to the bids sitting at .0004-.0007? Also, why would he wait until the day the R/S was announced to dump shares all the way down to .0003?

Thinking back prior to the R/S...

Remember that VERT was dumping like a drunken sailor for weeks and the speculation was that it was the company diluting. We later found out that they had still maintained the 750M number (from the R/S).

Now... someone was selling many 10's of millions of shares! Someone that must have known about the pending R/S...

Who had that many shares? Well, the individuals that purchased the private placement shares did... the same individuals that were leaking supposed insider info including a huge merger/acquisition and no R/S...

Did those rumors even originate from the company itself? Or did the PP holders get wind of the R/S and concoct those stories to unload?

Things that make you go, hmmmmm.....
