Holloran -- CEO - Mr. Holloran brings to Elgrande a wealth of senior management experience spanning 34 years, including 22 years with the Beak International Group spearheading strategic corporate expansion. Early in his consulting engineering career he specialized in computer modeling of physical processes and has provided systems engineering expert testimony on behalf of Proctor and Gamble, George Weston Ltd., Abitibi Consolidated, and Canfor Corp. He has held outside directorships, advisory board positions and committee memberships with several prominent North American institutions. He has a Masters
degree in
Chemical Engineering from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Applied Mathematics and Physical Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, a Management Studies diploma from Sheridan
College
and a certificate in Culinary Arts from George Brown College Toronto. He has also attended the Summer Institute in Advanced Systems Engineering at Manhattan College NY.Murat Erbatur -- COO - developed Intelligent Living home automation as an extension to MCM Integrated Technology Ltd., a company he founded in 1994 to supply IT equipment and custom IT solutions to commercial clients. A professional engineer and an early adopter himself, he determined that the timing was right for a significant increase in home automation and was ideally positioned to extend the existing IT business into the home automation sector. This initiative rapidly led to condominium, town home and single unit home projects in Vancouver BC, the recreational/retirement area in south central BC and Phoenix AZ. Murat F. Erbatur joined the Board of Elgrande in February 2004 and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2007. Mr. Erbatur has spent most of his 34-year professional career in computers and their applications in technical and business environments. His career includes 11 years with Swan Wooster Engineering, three years as VP of Engineering Software Development Corp, two years as Director of Marketing with REBIS Industrial Work Group Software and six years with Simons International as Manager, Computer Applications. Mr. Erbatur received a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Robert College (Istanbul, Turkey) in 1972 and a Masters degree in Engineering from University of British Columbia in 1973.
