Thanks Rocky, once again you are the man with the mostest.

Again, aside from all the wondering about why this, why that, why not this or that this is really great news.

I could be wrong but I thought that flying in the stratosphere was doable but only proved on paper/computers.

AND now with this successful flight; WOW great. Even more of a reason to invest in my opinion. (I am not a pumper btw everyone). It can be done and Globetel seems to be focusing on the practical aspects of design, manufacturing and usage.

Really good stuff. If the 'shorty's' want to use this I say go ahead and see what happens. My guess is the sands in their hourglass are running out.
