The question is why is it going up? There hasn't been any news releases for months. and hardly any market chatter.


Do we think the charts consolidating and testing the 200day moving average? The true test is whether or not it makes a run for 2 cents and consistantly stays above that resistant point. Only then can we say that the chart is reversing.
