Agreed, we will know nothing from any investigations until their completed.

As far as the attorneys, A list of very high end attorneys was contacted by me and others. I even spoke to the firm that sued and won the last go around.

The decision was made after speaking to them to wait until the investigations were completed. Reason for this is if the firms had to do their own investigations it would cost us much more money and at that time we felt the best interest was to wait. The last case was appealed all the way to the California Supreme Court.

It is still my professional opinion that we wait because in the end, if we have an open and shut case based off a completed investigation. We make more money. Unless you would rather pay a much HIGHER percentage for which they will appeal for a much longer time.

This doesn't mean I'm not open up for discussion, it just makes more sense. I told people this was not going to be fast and still think we have a wait ahead of us.
