0.1% does not give Daic ownership of the patent. Many of us holding shares have more ownership than that.

If CLYW is liquidated then whatever is left will be divided equally among shareholders. Most likely the Patent would be sold to the highest bidder.

Nothing can be filed with the federal court until the case is officially ended in Texas. We are in a holding pattern until then.
