Wrong again. Did you ever consider that $BMSN NEVER said they were going to put out a PR ANNOUNCING that the IND was accepted? That was just a bunch of foolish pumpers that have left the building already. This whole time the stock has been going up not because people are so eagerly awaiting an IND PR but because the IND HAS ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED.
