They will now have to apply with the TRRC for a permit to use the K1 as a disposal well. How long the permit process take I have no Idea!
They will also have to bore under the road to connect the they have stated in the past the completed pipeline LOL. I guess that they knew months ago that they would not have high-pressure gas because the rolled out PLASTIC pipe to connect between the K1 and the Stanley wells. Here is a picture of the pipe that was layed out, you can see the K1 well tank battery’s in the horizon, the pipe will go under the road behind this picture that I took when Norm and I visited one of the K1 lease owners 8/27/05
