The SEC states differently as indicated by the 10 day suspension handed down to MIKP for false & misleading press releases.

Presently, Finra is determining whether or not Marks' ROI/projected earnings was appropriately stated



Interesting that you feel a P&D PR/NR is illegal. I do not share that sentiment...

As somebody that owns & has owned/sold businesses I'm unaware of how business valuations work so thanks for the information... WOW!
