Pumpkin ...your point well taken !!

It is mainly because private placements have a minimum dollar value to invest, depending on the Company. As I just noted there are company contacts... I would find it prudent for those interested to contact with Mr Bob Scranage – Board Member, as he will be able to explain the process and requirements.
