If I acted due to your advise, I lost half of my loss!! Price went up from .005 to .01 and sometimes more!!, so I think for recent shareholder selling is not a good advise, except you can sell with enough profit from .005!!, instead shareholder can be hold majority of his share and add sometimes after RS ( I think they already do it!!!), and see what happen and decide thereafter,
For new investor I think it's better take a small position and wait to see what happen.
If the time between RS and financing is short that I guess it would be, I'm sure that price will go up!
