Great question Buz, hadn't thought of that. Will be a good question for the CC. I hope we are farther along with the modulator development than they let on. Like you said, we've been waiting for the completion of that prototype since 2008 and it's completion was always pushed out another quarter.

IMO it was a smart move for EM Photonics to play it this way. If our material doesn't perform in a device the way we all hope then EM Photonics still gets paid for the work they did and doesn't have any direct exposure to that risk.

Hopefully Lightwave has been tapping LPC for money because we may need it if things don't pan out with the LSS.
