If they follow the SEC rules then a 8 k has to be out by the 4th day of when news was received which tomorrow is the 4th day. It does not specify on the time I believe but tomorrow is the last day if he follows SEC rules to releasing the 8k. But I do expect to see that 8 k very soon here but I will not speculate anymore. If he does not release news tomorrow I will not freak out because it will be come here soon.
