re: Edgar, I would think that for a 13D you could file as a Paper filing. The amount of work and effort to do an Edgar filing by yourself would be nuts. You could also use a service. If you need a referral, ask and I will get you one.

Upon further review, only hardship cases can file 13D via Paper. You have to Edgarize the docs now.
