Stop putting words in my mouth. I never stated, mentioned, or posted a peep about bogus pumping MIKP PRs/NRs being illegal.

MIKP is not on the GS due to illegal activities. It's due to SEC "concerns" over past PRs such as the one I reference below.

Serve Nation generates $0 in revenue and never has so it's not even close to good news for MIKP assets.

It's like we concluded before, Finra knows how to and so will regulate where necessary, (doesn't seem like Finra thinks regulating the PR you are referring to is necessary at the moment.



What do you base this on? Certainly the SEC felt very different about MIKP PRs exactly like & possibly including this one.
