"I'm not too concerned about the 8-K, it shows transparency. It appears that David Koos is making an effort to put everything out on the table, especially when taking the recent 10-K into consideration. I look at it one of two ways. Positive news is coming that will offset any negativity, and it is preferable to have the good news come last so there is no interference after the fact. Plus, if there is any type of collaboration/merger/acquisition/etc deal in the works, showing transparency is usually in agreement for the sake of the third party.

Side note:

Not of utmost importance, but Dr. Alan Lewis (CEO Medistem) was listed as one of the top 50 stem cell influencers this year. Since Medistem has close ties with Regen BioPharma, it is certainly something to note.
