well i am well aware of pump and dumps and if you check to see who worked with the promoter (APS) in this case it was someone with 10 million shares that sought to increase their value. this company has a product and a market, it is nearing production, and that is the biggest step, again we will see by the beginning of april; i believe the biggest part of the last pr was the investment of new money from a big company; if this holds true FARE will be one to watch for sure
