Because I've seen enough of them to know this is one. It is always the same story with these "companies".

They use services that they pay with stock to pump the company. They get noticed because of a run up, with every tom, dick and harry getting emails at least once a day telling them that they need to buy the stock. Then they have PRs about this new development or that new discussion. But the PRs are never "we have a signed contract worth X".

Then the dump, no more new developments or discussions, at least not until the next time they pump it up.

As far as why I'm here, no I'm not shorting this, you short these things and cover(if you can) way before this.
