"The IND application was filed on February 5th, meaning the 30 day mark was on March 7th. According to the SEC, they have four days to disclose a material event. Four business days as pointed out by Skelly (thanks for the correction)- meaning Wednesday would be the last day to expect an announcement. This is assuming that the IND application was in fact filed electronically on the 5th of February. Keep in mind, David Koos likes his Tuesdays."
