If you think being a public company is so easy go for it... Take your profitable business public.. I'll buy 147 shares to support it.

I don't need the money or have a reason to take a company Public like ANDI. I don't try to learn with ANDI common shareholders money.

It's easy to be a back seat driver.. Walk the talk...
