You do realize if they execute the transaction with stock this will easily be down to a penny? They will not only have to sell the security to secure the funds, but by offering shares at prices sub .074, the warrants will be reset yet once again.

As I have contacted the transfer agent and can not get them to give a current share count (they referred me to Lucky, btw) I am of the strong belief all shareholders should watch for SEC filings covering the share count as it is likely about to explode. I am not talking a few million into the count, but more likely a multiple of 3 or 4 times the amount of current shares, which would once again, cause current valuation to under a penny. If the company can not immediately generate revenues and more accurately profits, shorters will dig in the fangs and drag to R/S territory; this is if the company does not execute a R/S in order to execute the transaction in the first place to stay within the current authorized. I was hoping the CC was going to shine some bright light on how they were going to accomplish the funding/close the deal. With current unknowns...I will say as I have in the past and I honestly dont like saying it.....RUN!!!!!!!
