There is no doubt it will take time, but you're neglecting market mentality. Financial opportunity opens up from having the go ahead on clinical trials as well. The dollar valuations are a little ridiculous in the short-term, but there is no reason we cannot see .08-.15 in the near future. If you want to make comparisons, look at what happened to AMBS before they have even filed an IND application.
