1. The corporate financing policy was determined to engage in TOXIC financing for whatever reason.
2. Asher Enterprises was chosen to be the TOXIC financier.
3. Debt instruments were issued by smky to Asher that carried floorless debenture with convertible rights at a discount terms.
4. Now the TOXIC financier may be converting his debt instruments to equity and selling those shares.
5. That is how the playbook for an investment game is structured!

When the TOXIC financier plays his cards like the handbook prescribes, you cannot blame that TOXIC financier for doing what was expected. When a public corporation climbs into bed with a vulture capitalist and that TOXIC financier performs according to the script, youse must look elsewhere to place the blame for what is happening to the share price of smky. All IMHO.
