let me reiterate what I already know to be true.

generally speaking when everything is peaches and cream sell

when your stomach is tied in knots and you feel ill buy.

in my last nugt trade i knew there was a bounce coming i didnt get it right. i would down big 10% and knew i should buy the 4.86 staring at me. I was sick to my stomach and instead wavered and sold for a loss.
