This is one puzzling penny stock to me. While considering the negatives associated with management/dilution etc. Biel actually does have a functioning product (at least a large portion of the world thinks so) yet the PPS share is so anemic. The penny(s) are loaded with hundreds of hype and promises stocks which have caught the imagination of buyers and are trading higher. I keep returning to the feeling I am failing to recognize the obvious explanation. I know sales/profit is the real bottom line but penny stocks trade on potential. I'm not dreraming of $1.00 but .10 would be nice.
