The trick is figuring out if they have the right acreage and have the financing and expertise to drill and complete the wells.



I couldn't agree with you more. I am heavy in large cap upstream oil & gas but play a lot of small cap AMEX and some OTC. Will enjoy checking out your boards due diligence and ideas.
