J.T.,I love this HAL buyout idea, however...

Can you take some time to explain the HAL investor side, specifically, the effect of a 200 million HAL share dilution? Will HAL's board be able to sell this STWA buyout to their existing shareholder base? Just want you to help us understand WHY their shareholders would favor such share dilution IF we also assume the vast majority of them don't GET STWA's business model or they just don't BELIEVE in it like all of us do.

Just looking for you to elucidate for us all sides of this potential deal in a way that only you can.
