Under the absolute base case scenario we would wake-up one morning to a PR or there would be a PR at the last minute EOD indicating Halliburton just acquired ZERO for 1-1. You would look in your brokerage account soon thereafter to see you now have the same amount of shares of HAL trading at $40ish. The deal could be worked any number of ways and I have no way of guessing if or how, based on my current input.

Is this a dream? Yeah, its a dream but dreams do come true and this one isn't all that much of a long shot because so many things make sense if an agreement can be reached. This can truly be a win-win-win for everyone and if I were Cecil I would be all over it.

If it did go down, Halliburton will be in control of their niche becoming the undisputable heavy weight of crude oil serving. HAL has the means to make and distribute the AOT world-wide in a blink of an eye.

This is what they do, so it could be literally just retooling a few plants and adding pics to their catalog. They already have the client base so to sell it, so it could just take a few phone calls and maybe a slick or two.

Distributing is nothing for HAL. The have the network and political connections so in reality not only they are already setup to do what STWA is trying to do, but they are the biggest and the best therefore can do it NOW.

Another thing to consider is maybe now Halliburton is aware of STWA so it's could be like Star Trek where the BORG just found out about humans. Resistance is futile. lol! I dunno.. I'm only joking but being penny stock with a 200M issue trading at a $1 getting gobbled up by one of the worlds most powerful companies is something to take seriously and that ain't a bad thing.
