In reality ,FH is under NO obligation to "release information and be more forthright with his SH's"

This is a NON REPORTING Pink Sheet stock...

"NON REPORTING"

..thats the bottom line.

If you purchased shares years ago , when it was CTKT...

..you have a legitimate gripe , as you purchased with the expectation of SEC ruled disclosures.

However , if you purchased shares after the delisting to Pink Sheets (CTKH)...

..then you knowingly purchased shares that were WITHOUT most reporting responsibilities.


I also dont fully agree that FH has ..

" retracted on his responsibilities as the CEO of a company ..."

..as you claim.

In fact he's given more info than many pinkies do.

HOWEVER...when he does give info , its often found to be suspect at best !....

...or downright deceptive at worst!

In this way ...then YES I agree ..he's .."retracted on his responsibilities as the CEO "
