Loop: Get my drift ! ! ! NOKIA is the master of deception and would rather fight in court than pay for use of IDCC's patents.

IMO, Nokia 'hates' InterDigital for some deep seeded reason(s).

Perhaps it could go back to some development that IDC worked on with NOKIA that they (NOK) abandoned thinking it would fail. It hasn't failed and for that reason NOKIA has a grudge against IDC and would rather fight than sign. OR, maybe IDC get the better end of a deal and now NOKIA has a grudge against them (Screw me once, shame on you! Screw me twice, shame on me!).

Kinda like IDCC / Apple -- IDCC didn't think Apple would fly, so they set a lowball price (even though they were desperate for cash/licenses) at the time.
