Nokia stock!!

It appears that the Nokia stock has took a pounding of late. Do you think its because the handset sales are not meeting expectations, or a ban is anticipated, or a huge disbursement of cash to IDCC? There certainly should be some reason that the market has steadily sold the stock off. The stock had an amazing runup from its low but the sell of has been pretty sharp and all in the past few weeks.

Any thoughts on this as I kind of believe its the pending ITC determination, could be wrong.
