One correction Feb 5 does not count as day 1 Feb 6th does!!

One day has not pasted until 24hrs later!

7days in one week is from say Monday to Monday NOT Monday to Sunday!

So March 12th would be your time line!

However Company DOES NOT have to file right after NEWS could even be 1-7 days later!
