March Maddness is upon us ...the Chilean Courts are back in session and things are back in Court of Appeal in Pima County. What more are you wanting Quer.

We have the Titles to Mina Pascua ...the Pascua Lama Protocol is being challenged ...MSXforJustice has been busy and yes our new Board Members have yet to speak but they are shy you well know ...maybe by the next AGM they will take control of the meeting. Maybe the new directors can study "Robert's Rules" which provide for constructive and democratic meetings. Was there at least a mover and seconder when the two new directors were nominated. Are there minutes of the meeting that every shareholder has a right to have if requested ...which one of the two Directors is the one to step up as Deputy CAO if something was to keep Brent from fulfilling his responsibilities ...What are the rules of order ...who calls the next AGM if the aforementioned should happen ...all it takes is a stroke or serious illness ...Succession Planing is very important.

Anyway just things to ponder why you're waiting for some word from the BOD.
