The past is still current until we see the real numbers on how they are CFP. (Keep in mind a good chunk of the cash that was in last filing was a "one time adjustment" that they said.) We also need to see where they are holding on legacy debt.
Were they able to cover it since they got authorization for more shares? You have to factor in the full amount of authorized shares when you evaluate the market cap? We will know in this coming filing only how many shares were issued in the last quarter of 2012. We still won't know how many were shares were issued so far in 2013 until the filing after that (which is not due until 05/15 - another 2 & 1/2 months- if on time). We know they def. put out a lot of shares in this past run up. The stock has dropped a lot since the authorization of new shares. Does the new share count even cover the legacy debt where the price is holding now? (They also have to give the shares at a discount.)
Basically this company is in the same position they were for a while until we see a filing that shows that they are CFP on a consistent basis (not just b/c of one time adjustments). We also need to see where they are holding on the legacy debt which is why there were more shares authorized. There is a good chance that has not been fully taken care of. Also were shares only used for that? They also use shares for payments to employees & for other services as seen before.
THUS YOU CAN SEE WHAT IS PAST IS NOT HISTORY YET UNTIL THIS IS ALL CLEARED UP.

REMEMBER, THIS IS NOT BASHING THE COMPANY NOR AM I NEGATIVE ABOUT THE COMPANY. I THINK THIS HAS GREAT POTENTIAL WHICH IS WHY I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS & I AM STILL BUYING. I AM EXTREMELY POSITIVE ON IT. I AM JUST LETTING EVERYONE NEW KNOW THAT THIS IS STILL JUST A SPECULATION STOCK UNTIL ALL DEBT IS CLEARED UP & IT IS PROPERLY CFP ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. I AM STILL EXTREMELY POSITIVE ON THE FUTURE OF THIS COMPANY. I AM JUST VERY VERY VERY REALISTIC ABOUT IT.
