i hope Valcom will find an happy end.
For me the only thing which makes sense is a merger announcement:
1. Collect all assets
2. rate the assets
3. Sell

I think Valcom will never see a penny from Kim.com. There are big players like MGM, 20th Century Fox and others who will milk the cow first.
