Nieves...my can't break 20 post was in response to Manx' should be at 70+ by now. Like Mshere, I follow your posts also. I just don't get this settlement.

I have watched all of you guys post for years on RB, RB Club, Yahoo and IHUB. It has been a long time. Why would IDCC settle now??? for $ 58 million dispersed over 4 years. IDCC should, at least, get it all NOW. I am just wondering what is looming in the background. Was IDCC the underdog going into the trial? or did IDCC have the upperhand??
