That's correct but even private companies activities can be found using any search engine. MSJ has not worked in years, they have no company officers named,(http://infoventure.tsx.com/TSXVenture/TSXVentureHttpController?GetPage=CompanySummary&PO_ID=1088754&HC_FLAG1=Y&HC_FLAG2=Y) they have no website, they have no properties (outside of what they just acquired), the telephone number listed on their prs does not work...they are nothing more than a shell company with no money...

I work for a private company and it's very simple to find information on it, even financial information. The reason is because they produce revenue which MSJ does not. MSJ's last paying gig was an attorney years ago...MSJ is a shell company
