Mschere...with all due respect...I dig your posts and dedication to IDCC...I read your posts all the time. But, 1st quarter isn't done yet, so I can't comment...we have nothing truly concrete. I think what they stated during the conference call is very impressive and I am sure it will be even better than they stated.

I am just wickedly disappointed in this settlement. Makes no sense to me and I would appreciate some clarity from IDCC. Why would they wait 10 years to settle 60 days before trial?? Especially with an industry co-conspirator that tried to bury them? What disturbs me is that we will never know why they took it on the chin?

There is a piece missing and it shouldn't take this long to wait to find out, especially if Ericy is full of integrity and we wanted to work with them?? What is going on??
