I don't have an IHUB account so perhaps some one who does ( Williams ?) can let you know there is a message here for you
I began reading your posts back in 2010.
At that time my lipid panel ( I have hyper familia cholestremia and mixed dysliidemia ) was as follows
Total cholesterol 262 , HDL cholesterol 29 , LDL cholesterol 198 , TG's 210 -----and this was on max dose Lipitor.
My father died of a heart attack at aged 52 , grandfather at 62 --- by Jan 2011 with my LDL still at 181 despite max dose Lipitor my Primary Care Doc advised me that I was a heart attack waiting to happen

So following your advice on Omega 3 /omega 6 ratios's I made ( and have stuck to ) a radical change in diet .
Salmon became my main meal and I gave up red meat and diary products.
Jermey's Friend suggested I contact Amarins Reduce it trial staff and with their help and help from the Cardiologists /Scientists at UC Med Adult Lipid clinic ( where I am an occasional lab rat ) I persuaded Kaiser Health to prescribe me Crestor and Zetia.

As you know I have been taking 3-4 gms of EPA for the past year

The results of this weeks blood test /lipid panel ----- a dramatic improvement .
Total cholesterol 160 ( a 100 pt drop ) , HDL up to 35 , LDL cholesterol down to 107 and TG down to 131.
This is the best Lipid panel I have ever had --going back 25 yrs -- and its largely thanks to acting on the information you in particular provided as well as that provided by some others on this board .

For Amarin investors --- I am simply sharing my experiences .
In discussing my results with a Kaiser Cardiologist ---- me " Well it was the EPA fish oil that got my TG's down
so why don't you prescribe me Vascepa "
Cardiologist " well if you got them down with dietary supplement EPA fish oil why do you need a prescription for Vascepa and besides we don't really accept that TG's under 500 represent a risk of an event . For TG's over 500 we may prescribe Vascepa
