Toolong...Before the wolves get me, let me make it perfectly clear. I am not saying that we, today, need to rerun the trial. What I am saying is that if the FDA does not accept our combined group we will have to rerun the trial. I think most here would agree with that.

Our focus needs to be on the FDA approval or breakthrough status. Not the settlement. That small bump in PPS would last premarket, IMO.

Yes it would, if you don't add the cost of the new trial.

Six months is nothing. I feel that is also what the wolves would think. In their eyes we would be a wounded antelope and move in immediately.

We will have to respectfully disagree on the timing of the wolves' strike. I thank you for having this discussion with me.
