Chenzo, I hope you are wrong about the need to re-run the 2nd Line NSCLC trial. Peregrine management says they are confident taking the data to the FDA for a Phase III trial. Assuming you are wrong, $20 million would fund Peregrine for at least six months at current burn rates. The publicity from the win might provide a small SP bump. Also, without the need for ATM sales, any good news Peregrine might generate could run up the SP without the drag of ATM sales to slow the move up.

So, yes IMO a CSM settlement/judgement would keep the wolves
away for a much needed respite.
