My single best "technical" indicator for a stock (in fact the only technical indicator I believe in at all) - price jumps after an offering is priced. I think it generally implies that there was more institutional demand for the offering than there was room for, so they top-up in the aftermarket.

Same thing happened yesterday (but even more dramatically) with a tech stock I've owned for a couple of weeks - MERU.
