NeoGenomics (NGN +8.6% to $3.40) prices an offering of 3.15M shares at $3 each, with the company selling 2.85M shares and a stockholder 300K. NeoGenomics expects to receive net proceeds of $7.8M, which it will use to pay debt and for general purposes. There's also a greenshoe option of 472,500 shares
