CEO stated "we have increased shares to 850 mil, but only to be used for buyouts, since we are cash positive we do not need cash.
So, if there are more shares o/s other than 249 mil that is a good thing. MOST PENNY STOCKS use dilution to raise $$$ to operate. I have been to their facility & CBAI is the real deal.
