bally, re:INSQ, while it is an increase, I do believe the parent holds a very large portion of those shares. The float should not be near those numbers. Someone with more day to day knowledge may be able to shed more light on that.
Even if the entire O/S was the float, I have seen much larger O/S's get to well over .01. Can INSQ make it that high? I doubt it, especially in the near term. But I do think it could rally to its recent highs with enough buying pressure.
