What BCAP filed is not a "Q." IT isn't even in the same county as "Q." A "Q" is a legitimate SEC filing. What bcap used to file was a phony baloney disclosure report. It compares to a "Q" like a Yugo compares to a Mercedes Benz. No real investor would ever settle for such nonsense as Fat Matt puts out.

Now he cannot even do that. lawyers got him tied up. Lots of heat coming from somewhere. Who do you think it is? The SEC? The DOJ. The DTCC? Maybe all three?
