Not exactly true....The number one most important piece of "DD" that anyone could have taken advantage of on this and many pinky scams is the increase in share structure by the company. There is hardly a single case where increase in share structure by a penny stock has been positive for shareholders. Many here were warning new and existing investors once the a/s increase was announced and many chose not to listen. So it is not only the dd that is important, but it is what you do with it. IMO
