They would have to be post split. I assume when the authorized shares get upped that is when they get the rest of the shares. Looks like they got 1 million shares so far as I can tell. As long as they have a business there will be hope. Would be nice to hear about some sales. Looks like merger has been done for a few months already. Guess the challenger guy wasn't lying.
