Think of Shark Tank (the show). If you were asked the following by the investors on Shark Tank...

1. What are your sales
2. How much do you already have invested in the products
3. How much debt does the company have
4. How much are you seeking from us

IMO...sales of around $800k with millions of debt, and asking for $10-$15 million...I think the investors would say the perceived valuation is way too much. Meaning, no deals from the Sharks.

I hope an investor(s) would help out, but "I'm out" because SFOR is too risky for my money.
