X,

IMHO, LWLG is primed to be acquired by one of the world's largest technology companies. How long this will take I don't know. If LWLG's IP estate is truly GAME CHANGING there is no way the LSS or some other VERY large technology company is not going to make a play for LWLG. They will simply make an offer LWLG shareholders cannot refuse. The following are reasons why this may be the best scenario for LWLG shareholders:

1. LWLG is not setup (funding, staffing, infrastructure)to realize the ultimate potential of its material platform in an expedient and efficient manner. (LOL)

2. LWLG's management, BODs and advisors are all older (many are of retirement age and already wealthy). The business is not structured as a typical start-up (i.e. younger management). There does not seem to be any succession planning.

3. If LWLG were to be acquired by a VERY large Fortune 100 tech company and the transaction was part cash and part stock, LWLG shareholders could still partake in the ultimate potential of LWLG IP by staying invested in the acquiring company.

4. The longer LWLG sits on the sidelines without the ability to control its own destiny the more likely others are to find a workaround to LWLG's IP potentially reducing shareholder value.

GATES.
